1: How does your website work?

Once your signed up you will receive accesses to our member area. You will then easily be able to send your email ads out to our 100% double opt-in list. You will be given your own login and password so you can return everyday to send your advertisement again. Your emails will only go out to our double opt-in recipients who have signed up to receive emails for new products or services. So feel secure you will never be accused of SPAM.

2: Do I need any other software once I sign up?

There's no special software to purchase or download with our system. All emails are sent through our web based email server right in your browser.

3: How long does it take until I receive access to the member's area?

Once your payment is authorized you will instantly receive instant access to our member's area. You can then start sending your email advertisements right away.

4: Are their any other future fees or charges after I sign up?

You pay a one-time membership fee upon sign up. There are no future fees or charges associated with membership, so you will never be charged again. All memberships are life-time.

5: How often to you update your email lists?

We update our mailing list daily by removing old email address and replacing them with fresh leads.

6: Can I send HTML format?

Yes, we support both text and HTML sending formats.

7: Will I be accused of SPAM?

No, all of our recipients are double opt-in and all have agreed to receive emails from our website.

8: Do current members get free updates?

Updates are made on a regular basis and completely free to all members.

9: Which recipients can I target?

All of our recipients in our mailing list are possible customers. Your email will be sent to all of them. So no matter what your advertising the right people will see it.

10: How often can I send my advertisement?

Members can send emails once a day. If you use our system everyday you can send up to 81 Million emails in one month.

11: What else will go out with my advertisement?

Your email advertisement will go out as a solo ad. We never attach other member's advertisements to your email. However, we do include the following statement at the bottom of your email advertisement to remind the recipients why they are receiving your email ad.

"This is not SPAM. You agreed to receive ad messages from the list members when you joined Our Safelist. To be removed - You have to login and delete your safelist account. This is the only way to be removed!"

12: What are the rules? Can I send any ad I wish?

No replying to an ad with another ad. No auto responders on your list email. No, illegal messages, scams, hate emails, or adult phrased text, adult pictures, or adult index links allowed. You agree to receive emails to your list email address from other list members of the service. If your inbox fills up you will be asked to clean it in order to make space. Violation of these rules may result in ejection from the safe-list.

13: What kind of results should I be expecting?

That depends on your particular advertisement. Results will be different depending on the type of business, service, or product you offer, in addition to the content in the sales message.

14: How many characters am I allowed in my email?

Your email may have up to 200 characters including spaces in the subject line and 60,000 characters in the body.

15: How many addresses show in the "To:" location and what “From:” address will the recipients see?

Only one address will show in the “To:” location when the prospect receives your ad. The “From:” address is one allocated by our server.

16: Do you offer any assistance in creating an email ad?

Of course, just ask and we will be happy to answer any question you may have. Just remember to keep your ad short and to the point. You want to get the reader interested and then give them the link to your site.

17: Which payment options do you accept?

We accept credit cards, Pay Pal, and web-checks payment through Click Bank. Click Bank guarantees 100% security over secure servers. If none of these options work for you please send us an email and we will try to work with you. However, we do not accept Western Union under and circumstances.

18: Do you provide customer support?

Yes, all emails will be answered in 24 hours. However, in most cases within the hour. We like to think we have the best and fastest support in the industry.
